Our Guarantee

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. NMAutosdirect recommends all vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published description and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

Accepted Forms of Payment

NMAutosdirect accepts bank to bank wire transfers, cashiers’ checks, certified funds, cash (in person at our location only), or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions.  We also have established financing sources, including several who specialize in the credit challenged situation.  Please contact us if you would like to pre-qualify prior to bidding.

Vehicle Delivery

If you have the time to 'fly and drive', we will pick you up at the Albuquerque International Airport at your convenience.  Albuquerque is a great place to visit, and New Mexico offers breathtaking scenery on your drive home!  If you are paying by cashier's check or bank draft, please plan on faxing a copy of the financial instrument to us so that it can be verified with the issuing bank. If you need to have your vehicle shipped, we will be glad to offer our assistance in selecting a shipper, and coordinate with the selected shipper at vehicle pickup time.  Payment must be completed in full and final dealership paperwork completed prior to shipping.

DEPOSIT

We require a deposit of $500 within 2 days of the completion of auction or listing.  Deposit may be made via credit card, PayPal, or wire transfer. 

NO DOC FEES

NMAutosdirect does not add a 'doc fee' to the final sale price.  However, in situations where a buyer resides outside the state of New Mexico and their lender requires that the vehicle be registered by the selling dealer, we will charge a fee to reflect actual expenses incurred in out-of-state registration procedures.  In all other situations, the purchaser is responsible for completing the payment of sales taxes and registration fees in their resident jurisdiction.
