The winning bidder MUST contact us within 48 hours of the Auction end and make payment arrangements at that time. A $250.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of the end of the auction.

The remainder of the balance is due within 3-5 days of the Auction end.
If contact is NOT made within 48 hours of Auction end, we reserve the
right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder or sell
it otherwise. All vehicles are sold free and clear with NO LIENS.

There is a $99.00 paperwork fee(paperwork, temporary tag, postage, fed ex, airport transportation, etc.) added to the cost of every vehicle for ALL customers AND dealers.

All buyers including dealers must pay $99
dealer documentation fee. All out of state buyers must pay sales tax in
the state of Indiana(7%)
The collection of Indiana state sales tax does not apply to vehicles
that are shipped(at buyer’s expense). The buyer will get credit for
sales tax paid at local DMV at the time of registering new vehicle.

States that not allow a credit for a sales tax paid to Indiana are
Arkansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Oklahoma, West Virginia
