 History / Condition:

You are bidding on a one owner, 2000 F250 4x4. Purchased brand new and originally used as a personal daily driver and to tow some small trailers occasionally with yard and farm equipment, etc. Never used as a construction or work vehicle. Being sold since it is not driven very much in the past couple years as it is was replaced as a daily driver a few years ago with a smaller F150 (since this large, heavy duty type truck was really not needed). This is a nice, dependable, well used truck that has always had regular fluid changes, maintenance, etc. The truck has all the usual cosmetic issues (wear and tear, corrosion, etc.) you would expect on a used, heavy duty truck of this age. The interior is clean and presents well, the exterior looks good from a few feet away but has the expected rust, scratches, etc. one would find on a truck like this. The truck is accident free and with a little TLC to the exterior, some attention to the rust areas, etc. the exterior would look great. The bed is just a typical well used, pickup bed (no bedliner, I would put one in if it were mine) and the cap/top is in decent condition but as I recall it was purchased used years ago and is overall okay and in working order. The aluminum wheels have the typical clear coat coming off and oxidation of the aluminum. I have this listed for sale for a friend of mine who I have known may years.

Clean CarFax report (see picture below) rating the truck at $120 over “retail book value”. Kelly Blue Book (KBB) value (see picture below) listing the truck at $11,232 in “good” condition. The reserve here is well below the blur book.

I understand it can be hard purchasing an item like this via the web, sight unseen, etc. You only have the seller’s history, reputation, the pictures, etc. to go on. Therefore I have posted quite a few pictures and tried to provide a detailed description to the best of my ability. I have bought and sold many, many cars (mostly older collectable cars), bikes, and boats via ebay and the web over the years (please feel free to review my feedback in detail, you will see many of the collectable cars, bikes, etc. I have sold) and I try hard to do my best to make every transaction complete successfully – as I will do here.

Pickup / Shipping:

The winning bidder is responsible for pickup / shipping / transportation / etc. of the truck. There are a number of good shipping / transport companies and I have shipped many cars, boats, motorcycles, etc. and I can assist the winning bidder with the transport, shipping, etc. I can also deliver the truck as long as I am compensated for gas, time, etc. (within a reasonable distance) as I have a trailer I could transport it in. The car is located in Novi, MI (Novi is about 20 minutes West of Detroit Metro Airport).

 Terms:

Winning bidder to contact the seller within 24 hours of the auction's end and a non-refundable $250 deposit must be received within 24 hours of the auction’s close. The remaining balance is due within 6 days of the auction ending or at the time of pickup / delivery / etc., whichever is sooner. If other arrangements are needed please email me to discuss prior to bidding. The car is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to cancel the auction, bids, etc., at any time. Bidders with feedback less than 10 or less than 98% positive must contact me prior to bidding. In bidding here you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase this item, if you are the winning bidder you will have purchased the item, not the option to decide later if you want the item or not.
