  1. By bidding on this vehicle, you are entering into a legally binding contract with the Auto Hub Inc, to purchase this vehicle.  If you are not seriously interested in purchasing this vehicle, or do not have the finances available or financing in order, please contact about bidding.
  2. The Auto Hub Inc, reserves the right to at any point in time end the auction early if necessary.   The Auto Hub Inc, also reserves the right to verify the registered information on any user who bids on this vehicle.  You MUST be 18 years of age or older to bid on this vehicle.
  3. The Auto Hub Inc, follows the eBay standard for bid retraction.  Retractions are not allowed except for exceptional circumstances. 
  4. Financing is available upon request.
  5. Unless Implied  vehicles are  being sold AS IS with no warranty expressed or implied.
  6. The Auto Hub Inc, has done everything in their power to give you an accurate description of this vehicle.  If you choose to have the vehicle inspected, you are welcome to do so, but this needs to be done before you bid, and at your expense.

If you are the winning bid and live outside the state of ILLINOIS , you are responsible for taxes and registration fees in your own state.  You will be responsible for a temporary 7 day in-transit ILLINOIS tag, at a charge of $10.00  If you live withinILLINOIS , you will have to pay 6.25 % sales tax and license fees plus any other applicable fees on the winning bid amount.  There is a $99.00 Documetation fee on all vehicle sales.
  8. The Auto Hub Inc, accepts certified checks, Wire Tansfers, and cash (in person) as payment for your winning bid.  Please allow 7 days for checks to clear.  Titles will be overnighted to you once your funds have cleared (checks).
  9. The Auto Hub Inc, is not responsible for delivering the vehicle to you.  We are located 90 miles west of Chicago. If you need, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for hotel accommodations in the area and can pick you up at the Ohare, Midyway, or Rock ford Airport at no extra charge.  If you choose to have the vehicle delivered, we would be happy to help arrange with that.   The Auto Hub Inc, is not responsible for any damage sustained after the vehicle leaves the dealership premises. 
  10.
