We do our best to disclose all condition information on all of our vehicles listed on eBay.  We gladly welcome a Buyers or an Independent Professional Inspection to be performed prior to the end of the auction.  Inspection fees are the sole responsibilty of the buyer.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end to make arrangements for final payment in full. A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is due within 48 hours of the auction close and the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of auction close.  If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please contact us for vehicle financing prior to bidding. If you are getting a loan to purchase a vehicle from us, you must have all loans pre-approved before bidding! All funds must be in-house and cleared by our bank before the vehicle leaves our premises. We accept Paypal, Cash in person, Credit or Debit Cards, Bank Checks, Wire Transfers, Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Company Checks. In such cases, the vehicle does not leave our
premises until the funds are completely cleared into our bank.

Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments of up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

Finalizing Your Purchase 

Winning bidder MUST contact us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction.  If final payment is not received within 7 days we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

All sale and title related paperwork must be returned completed to us before the vehicle is released for pickup or shipment.

 All shipping and handling charges are the buyer's responsibility.  If possible, we will help with shipping arrangements but we will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage.  Be sure to verify Licensing and Insurance information with any vehicle transport company before allowing them to transport your new vehicle.  We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom.  All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy as we are not affiliated with any transport companies.  Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles must be arranged between the buyer and the buyers selected transport company.  The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the transport company selected by the buyer. In general it takes about 7 to 14 days for a vehicle to be delivered after it is picked up from our facility.  Check with your selected transport company for an estimated time of arrival to be sure.
