Payment Methods:

1. CASHIERS/CERTIFIED CHECK, CASH (in person), BANK TRANSFER, PERSONAL CHECK (Florida bank or check must first clear before delivery).

2. All funds must be in U.S. Dollars only.

3. Please be sure to have full payment or your financing pre-approved before placing your final bid.

4. Full payment is due within seven (7) days of auction close.

Deposit:

The successful bidder will submit a $1000 deposit within 24 hours of the auction close to secure the vehicle. Recommended method is credit card providing card number, security code and expiration date.

Vehicle and Title Release: Customer may pick-up the vehicle or we will ship the vehicle once full payment has been received. The title will be released shortly thereafter.

1. Ebay members with ZERO FEEDBACK or SUNGLASSES must first contact Infiniti of Tampa prior to bidding to ensure an honest and fair auction.

2. Pressing the BUY-IT-NOW button is a firm agreement to buy the vehicle. If such is done in error, we reserve the right to charge you the $599 Dealer Fee. So, please be sure of what you do in this regard.

3. The winning bid is an ENFORCEABLE BINDING CONTRACT if at the Reserve Price or higher.

Auction Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel the auction in the event of any irregularities in the bidding process and relist the vehicle to maintain the integrity of the auction process.

However, insurance in-transit will be part of the shipping charge. We will also take photos of the vehicle prior to the vehicle leaving our location.
