All buyers pay a $75.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. All customers will be charged a mandatory Vehicle Inventory Tax by the State of Texas at a rate of .1902% ($19.02 for every $10,000 of vehicle cost). Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. Out of state residents should contact their state's department of motor vehicles for tax rates and fees. Please contact A&L Imports within 24 hours of auctions end by phone, 817.421.3700 or email to confirm sale. Otherwise, seller reserves right to sell vehicle at seller's discretion. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!! PLEASE CALL US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION END. The buyers are responsible to pay $500.00 deposit via Pay Pal within 24 hours. Full payment must be received within five days from end of auction. Full payment is due before pick-up or delivery of vehicle. Buyers must have verifiable funds or pre-approved loan available at time of purchase (no personal checks).

A&L Imports Inc. reserves the right to end this auction at any time. All vehicles are sold in "AS-IS" condition. Buyer is responsible for payment of all transportation fees. WE ARE DISCRIMINATING BUYERS. WE DO NOT PURCHASE SALVAGE OR FLOOD AUTOMOBILES. This vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is with no warranty written or implied by the seller (A&L Imports Inc.). The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construedas a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thuroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and the value of the vehicle and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. All vehicles are for sale locally and may no longer be available at the time of Ebay auction end. We reserve the right to end an auction at any time due to local sale. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding. The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact A&L Imports, Inc. within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay.
