Shipping costs are the buyers responsible. I will help the buyer with all the shipping arrangements.
If you prefer, come to New York for a day and drive your new van home. This van is in top condition and you will have no problem driving home.
Financing is a critical part of buying a car. Be certain you can afford this purchase BEFORE YOU BID. Make sure all loans have been pre-approved before you bid.
I accept Cash, Certified or Cashier's Checks and Bank wire transfers in US Dollars Only.



This is my policy.
The high bidder must contact me within 24 hours and send out a deposit of $500.00 within 48 hours by paypal or bank wire transfer or Certified Check overnight express or Cash (in person) the deposit non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid within 5 days by certified funds ONLY or Cash. NO PAYPAL

This fee helps to cover my expense in listing and selling this truck.

When and if you are the high bidder, please have your funds or financing pre-arranged. I DO NOT EXCEPT E-LOAN or other online financing. If you are the high bidder and do not follow thru you will receive negative feedback from me and I will notify eBay's safe harbor.
If the high bidder fail to contact us within 48 hours of auction end, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, or sell it to the next highest bidder.

I reserve the right to cancel this auction earlier, It is for sale locally and this auction may be ended at any time. I shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. I reserve the right to cancel bids from those with negative feedback and zero feedback. If you are new to E-Bay and have 0 feedback I will try to contact you to verify your intentions.
 

Your bid is a contract. Bid only if you are serious about buying the item. All bidders with negative feedback will be canceled, if you have zero feedback contact me prior to bidding, I have bad experience with bidders with zero feedback.
If you are the winning bidder then you have entered into a legally bidding contract to purchase this item.
