This car is backed by our 72 hour no hassle guarantee return.  If in the event you discover a mechanical condition not disclosed in the description and the repair is not covered under manufacture or aftermarket warranty repair, you may return the car to us without cost.  The car must not exceed more than 200 miles from the odometer reading at the time of purchase.  Mechanical conditions do not include wear & tear items such  as brakes, rotors, tires, etc.   Nicks, scratches, dings, and prior paintwork do not qualify for return.  RCO Auto Sales will not be responsible for damage that occurs in transport.  Damage claims must be reported and dealt with the hired transport company.  RCO Auto Sales will not reimburse buyer shipping costs.  We do our best at describing our vehicles and take pride in our customer  service and feedback ratings. 

 Fee and Tax Information:  NYC Residents are required to pay 8.875% state sales tax on all purchases.  Out of state buyers are responsible for paying any and all taxes and fees associated with state of residency.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is also due immediately via Paypal.  Local residents may leave cash deposit.  If no contact is made    within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Make    sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Financing    should be in place prior to bidding.  Unless other arrangements are made with RCO Auto Sales, full payment of the auto is required within the required within 3 days of auction end.  Failure to do so can result in high bidder forfeiting deposit.  Please understand these auctions cost time and money and we cannot afford for lack of seriousness when buying a car on the internet.  We are accept major credit cards for full payment on our retail automobiles however keep in mind auctions are discounted and geared for bank financed and cash customers.  You must contact us for an adjusted retail price if paying by credit card.
