MotoeXotica Classic Cars is pleased to offer the stunning, one owner, low LOW mileage 2009 Dodge Ram R/T you see pictured. The R/T was unveiled in 2008 at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas and was produced starting in 2009. It is a regular cab Ram 1500 with 2WD, 4.10 gears and R/T badging with a Hemi powerplant! The owner, who worked for the Dodge plant, told us that it is believed that less than 1,000 Ram R/T’s were produced due to the production plant in St. Louis closing its doors for good in July of 2009. The plant was less than two miles from our store front and is now a 300 acre field … God Bless America!

Finished in a spectacular Deep Water Blue Pearl, the paint is in impeccable shape as it shines just a brilliant as it did the day it rolled off the line. The body is in excellent shape and is straight as an arrow. The front bumper houses a set of fog lights, the windows are tinted for esthetics and even the bed of the truck is in great shape!

Inside, the truck smells new and crisp. The seats are wrapped in dark gray leather with light gray cloth inserts. The seats are in excellent condition and show no sign of wear or tear. The door panels, black carpet and gray headliner are all also in great condition. The dashboard houses all of the stock gauges, as well as an Alpine Sound System and display screen. The automatic transmission is shifted through the center console. This truck is completely loaded with power options!

Under the hood, you’ll find the 5.7L Hemi V8, complete with dual exhaust that gives the truck a throaty rumble. Attached to the Hemi is a 5-speed automatic transmission. It isactory equipped with 4.10 gears and was the only truck in the Ram line-up to receive the beefy gears. This truck does have power steering, power brakes and AC. Stopping is easy with 4-wheel disc brakes. The truck sits upon a set of 20” chrome Dodge wheels wrapped in P275/60R20 tires. There is a spare tire mounted to the underside of the bed.

As mentioned, this is an ultra rare truck and we highly doubt you will see another! Included in the purchase of the truck is the original window sticker and sales brochure. The VIN is 1D3HB16T09J501506 (which can be found on the driver’s side dashboard through the window) and the mileage currently shows only 4,584 which is actual and carefully driven! Therefore, despite our best efforts to verify a vehicle's mechanical condition, we are not able to warranty a manufacturer’s workmanship or previous owner’s diligence in care. All disputes arising out of or resulting from this sale shall be finally determined by binding arbitration in St. Louis, Missouri in accordance with the commercial rules of arbitration of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be carried out by one or more arbitrators in accordance with said rules. Any award shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction in the same manner as judgments. This agreement to arbitrate shall survive the sale of the automobile described herein. Buyer and Seller hereby agree that Missouri law shall control for all purposes under this Bill of Sale. Buyer and Seller hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Missouri to specifically enforce the agreement to arbitrate and to enter judgment of and enforce the award of the arbitrator. All above terms and conditions are applied to vehicle sales, whether through Ebay or otherwise. Sorry, but in all fairness to the bidding process, I will NOT disclose my reserve price until the auction has ended.

Payment Terms
Payment must be made by Cashiers Check, Money Orders or Wire Transfers payable in US Dollars. A Refundable deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be received within Twenty-Four(24)hours of the auctions close either by Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The buyer has seven(7) days from close of auction to inspect the vehicle. If the vehicle is not to your liking within this seven day inspection period then your deposit will be refunded 100%. If an inspection or decision takes longer then seven days and you find the vehicle not to your liking, your deposit will be forfeited and the car will be relisted. Final payment must be received within ten (10) days of the auction close. The refundable deposit only applies if you or an agent inspect said vehicle in St. Louis and find it not to your liking. I will not be responsible for buyers remorse or problems found to said vehicle once they have left my property. I am just being realistic, most of the cars I deal in are vintage and by their very nature will need TLC and some degree of attention sooner or later. These are not new cars and should not be treated as such. Once full payment has been received, Seller will fax a copy of clear title, Bill of sale, Buyers guide and additional DMV forms to the Buyer to sign and return via fax. The forms must be returned to the Seller prior to the shipment of said vehicle. Original paperwork will be sent to Buyer Via overnight mail seven(7)days from date of final payment. Transportation will commence only after final payment and signed documentation are received. Once a car is picked up from our premises, you will NOT be able to return the car.

Overseas shipments will be placed into a steel container for safe sea passage. We take care of all the details and paperwork. All you have to do is collect the car at port and enjoy!
