As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the "Silver" metallic exterior shines bright like the Florida sun, real straight, she really looks great! The "Black" leather/suede interior looks very nice as well. There are no rips, tears or fading. I especially like the suede inserts in the seats. The "Black" power convertible top is in excellent mechanical working condition. The air conditioning is as cold as ice. This TT convertible is in really nice shape! She features, navigation, interior trunk and fuel releases, keyless entry, powered rear windscreen, 4-wheel ABS disc brakes, owner's manual, floor mats, cruise control, tilt and telescopic leather steering wheel with shift controls, very good condition tires, probably 97% good, 17” alloy wheels in real good shape, external temperature display, compass, power locks, windows, mirrors, Pioneer flat screen stereo that is HD, Satellite, Bluetooth, DVD, Divx compatible, power convertible top in excellent working condition, heated external mirrors, inflator pump, tools, ESP, 12V outlet, tachometer, rear defogger, date display, fog lights, CD player, 2.0 FSI turbo, automatic transmission, leather/suede interor, clean Carfax, plus much more! This is the easiest, convertible top, that I have ever used. You only have to use one button! There is no unlatching, no twisting any handles, just super easy! I have personally driven this roadster and she runs great! She is tight-feeling, smooth, drives like new! The turbocharged engine runs strong and the automatic transmission shifts smooth. No hard shifts. I loved putting the top down and not having my hair get blown all over when the powered windscreen is up! All of our vehicles are sold with clean titles. Our titles are free and clear of any and all liens. At the time of delivery, we will include any extra keys/remotes that we received for the automobile when we purchased it. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. • *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and you may need to spend a little.
  
  
• Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
  
  
• All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
  
  
• We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.
  
  
• Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
  
  
• A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
  
  
• All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations.
