1. Bidding

Notice to Bidders

Let’s all play by the rules. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered as an eBay™ Community Member.

Bidder’s Age

You must be 18 years or age or older to bid.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding so we can chat about options: 816-659-3027.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Pure Pursuit Automotive within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

2. After Winning: The successful winning bidder will receive an email from us with instructions on completing the purchase. Please remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above as outlined in the User Agreement that you accepted when you registered as an eBay™ Community Member.

3. Deposit and Payments: As a sign of good faith on your part, we require a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 1 business day or in the very least, contact needs to be established between the buyer and our company after the end of auction. We accept cash (in person, up to $10,000), credit cards (up to $3,000), money order, cashier's check, wire and ACH bank transfers, and third-party financing. The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 calendar days after the end of auction in the payment methods listed, and must include applicable fees and taxes. More details on the fees and taxes below. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. International buyers, wire transfers only. Disclosure, Warranties and 3^rd Party Inspections: As seller, we know it’s our job to disclose as much information as possible about this vehicle through our world-class video, pictures and written descriptions. In turn, it is the responsibility you as buyer to verify the condition of your car purchase, so please ask questions. 

You’re why we’re here. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Please be advised that we only sell used vehicles and even though we only source the best, they will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and all mechanical parts are unfortunately subject to fail. If something isn’t making sense to you, is not what you think it was or should be, or have continued questions that you feel we haven’t covered, feel free to give us call prior to any other actions so we can answer your questions or rectify the situation.

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is" from Pure Pursuit Automotive. The mileage on the vehicle, upon delivery, may not be an exact match to the mileage shown due to test drive, inspection, shipping transport, etc so be sure to ask to verify current mileage.

We always welcome and encourage pre-purchase, onsite inspection/test drives by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction. Additionally, we welcome arranging inspections at your cost while the auction is ongoing; $1000 deposit required if conducted post-auction, which of course is refundable if the car does not match the descriptions. Don’t hesitate to ask us to arrange one of these third party inspections for you if you aren’t familiar with this process: you can choose from a list and we never get any commissions or profits from these inspections, they are true 3^rd parties to verify your purchase from us. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for all fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion.

Finally, it is our responsibility to ensure that you receive your vehicle with a full tank of gas, who wants to fill up before they can enjoy their latest ride?

5. Taxes: Please call us 24/7 at (816) 659-3027 for details on the required fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes, and Fees, as well as Title/Registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

(1) Missouri residents are responsible for Tax, Title, and License.

(2) Out of state buyers are responsible for taxes and registration in their home state.

6. Re-listing: If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is not received within 1 day, or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 calendar days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or to the next highest bidder or sell to any other qualified buyer.

7. Fees and Paperwork: Unlike traditional dealerships, we do not believe in excess fees for extra profit at your expense. To meet our goal of transparency to you, this is our only fee: All winning bidders are required to pay $150.00 for PurePaperwork™, including your all online paperwork and with that comes a temporary Missouri 30 day tag so you can enjoy your purchase for a while before you have to do more paperwork. Almost too simple right?

8. Shipping and/or Local Pickup: It pays to BUY IT NOW!

As customer, you are responsible for all charges related to the shipping cost unless discussed prior to the purchase of a vehicle. Our clients have the option of shipment in an open trailer or an enclosed premium trailer at an additional cost. We try to control everything but understand that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances like weather, traffic, holidays, etc. Once the shipment leaves our premises, Pure Pursuit Automotive is not responsible for any damages that may occur after pick-up and transit. 9. Legal, Disclosure and Listings: Pure Pursuit Automotive prides itself in full disclosure and accuracy in our description and pricing, on occasions, mistakes can happen.
