OVERALL CONDITION:

Quite possibly the nicest 07 ML320 around! With 124,000 miles, this SUV presents itself very nicely. It has maintained its luxury attributes completely to this day! Cosmetically, there are NO dents or dings on the exterior. There is one very small, faint scratch on the lower passenger door. Overall, this is a no-complaint vehicle where the paint is is great shape, with no fading or peeling.

The interior shows to be like-new with no tears or rips on the leather. It has kept up very well, with no unwanted wear on any of the seats. All the carpets, headliner, door-panels and seats are equally in perfect shape. This truck was not a family hauler, it has maintained its cleanliness and condition since new!

All four tires are a around 50% tread life remaining, they are not bald and do not need replacing! All four wheels are in great condition with no road curb rash or wear. Drive-ability is like that of a 15,000 mile vehicle that is very tight with no wobbles or hesitation on the road at any speeds. This truck would be a great vehicle to drive across the country with no concern to be had.

This truck is RUST-FREE, as it has spent all its life in Dallas Texas, never being exposed to snow.

AT AUCTION CLOSE

Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 214-269-1570 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. A deposit of $2000.00 must also be received with 24 hours, or the next business day, of auction close. Within (3) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. As are all of our vehicles, this vehicle is advertised locally for sale.

OUR GUARANTEE

We have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle and aim to only carry quality pre-owned merchandise. RAC Performance recommends vehicles be inspected BEFORE leaving our facility. If upon personal and/or authorized professional inspection of the eBay purchased vehicle at our facility, buyer finds a substantial discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge, work out a compromise, or refund all monies paid. Buyer will not be responsible for any eBay related fees and will be dismissed from any contractual obligation with eBay to purchase the vehicle if and only if inspection proves vastly different from published ad.

RAC Performance accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. All buyers pay a $50.00 documentary fee and a $100 admin fee. Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.001987%. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
