We do not ship cars, although we can work together with the buyer to arrange shipping. Buyers are responsible for shipping. We reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time at our discretion. Payment :

The purchaser should contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. A $500 non-refundable deposit shall be received via PayPal immediatelly after the purchaser clicks "Buy it Now" or has his or her "Best Offer" accepted. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers, both locally and to eBay bidders. All financial transactions should be completed within 7 DAYS after an auction ends. We have disclosed as much information as possible and we welcome buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle before you place a bid. Seller accepts payment in the form of a cashiers check, certified funds, or cash in person. Pennsylvania buyers will pay sales tax and registration. Out-of-State buyers will be responsible to pay applicable taxes in own states.

This vehicle purchase comes with a 2 day unconditional satisfaction guarantee. I have instituted the policy of this money-back guarantee to help ease the apprehension of an online purchase. This will allow time to drive, examine and get comfortable with your new vehicle. This guarantee period starts when the vehicle is picked up, or at the moment it is delivered. If your vehicle was shipped to you, I need to be informed when it is received. I only have two requirements pertaining to this guarantee. The vehicle must be paid in full according to the terms indicated in the Payment section, and the buyer will leave feedback immediately following the guarantee period. Your feedback is a small token of appreciation for my efforts to provide a quality product. Other than the 2 day guarantee and the eBay warranty coverage stated, all online vehicle sales are AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. The mileage stated is guaranteed accurate within ± 500 miles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear of liens or encumbrances. Fee and Tax Information :

Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax in PA. An additional $295 fee will be added to the final sale price of every online transaction, which will cover document preparation, listing, and maintenance fees. Temporary transit tags are available, and will provide valid registration in all states for 30 days. There will be a storage fee of $20 per day if the vehicle is not picked up within 10 regular business days after the auctions end.
