If you do not inspect the car prior to bidding you waive the right to do so, once you bid your bid is a contract to purchase the vehicle. Defects found upon arrival is not cause for recourse.

VENUE: These terms and conditions shall be construed, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with Indiana law without regard to choice of law doctrines. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indiana courts for any action relating to or arising under these terms and conditions or your bid. Venue for any action arising under or relating to this transaction shall be in the court of appropriate jurisdiction for LaPorte County, Indiana. If any proceeding is brought to enforce a parties' rights under these terms and conditions, the losing party shall pay all costs and attorney's fees of the prevailing party.

PAYMENT: Vehicle must be paid for in full within 7 days of auction close, by Cash or Money Orders.  No Personal, Bussiness or Out of State Checks will be accepted.

PICK-UP TIME LIMIT: All vehicles must be pickup within 14 days, otherwise a $25 a day fee will apply.  This fee must be paid by Cash or Money Order.
