Warranty

Unless otherwise noted, this vehicle is being offered as-is with no warranty expressed or implied.  However, we offer several different types of warranty plans to protect your new vehicle.

Please note that all our extended warranty plans are an additional cost above the purchase price of your new vehicle. On some vehicles you may have the option to include the cost of your warranty in your vehicle financing, or you may pay for a warranty separately - your choice.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for all shipping/delivery arrangements. If you will be flying in to finalize your purchase, the nearest  airport is Ft Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport. Please contact us prior to booking your flight to confirm all funds have cleared and necessary documentation is in oreder and/or completed.

All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Audi Pembroke Pines will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. Audi Pembroke Pines assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Magoo Transport as a recommendation. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Audi Pembroke Pines.
The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility to its delivery.  We recommend that you verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Terms of Sale Overview

This vehicle is also for sale on our lot and other advertising sources, we reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Dealer not responsible for typographical or advertising errors.  The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will required to submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Understanding that the vehicle will remain available for purchase until the deposit has been secured. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees* and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:
Wire Transfer, Cash (in person), certified check with verification, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.  All eloans must be verified by our financial department.  Eloans very often need to have stipulations met before funding can be made available.  A copy of your eloan terms must be submitted to us prior to arrival at our dealership for verification.

Fees and Taxes:
*All sales subject to a $599 dealer fee.  Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. 

Export Vehicles: All export vehicles must be flat bedded by truck to the US exit destination with proof of export provided at time of export.
