Q: I'm from out of the area, how can I be sure what I'm buying and how do I get it home?

A: First off, we try to provide detailed descriptions and pictures that clearly represent the vehicle you are purchasing.  This includes a full vehicle history report.  Secondly, we encourage third party pre-purchase inspections of your choice.  As far as delivery goes, you can have your vehicle shipped via open or enclosed transport.  We have provided a transport quoting tool and this represents the most that shipping will cost.  Many times the actual shipping rate will be much cheaper then this estimate.  The other option is to fly into Kansas City International Airport where we will pick you up in your new vehicle.  This allows you to inspect the vehicle and complete the transaction in person.  Feel free to make a vacation out of the trip as Kansas City has many attractions.

Q: This will be my first vehicle purchase online and I'm uneasy about the transaction?

A: Oakes Auto accepts all trades and will work with you to get your vehicle information and pay off so we can accurately appraise your trade in.  This applies to out of area buyers as well.  We will complete a vehicle appraisal over the phone.

Q: Does this vehicle come with the owners' manual, spare key, floor mats, etc.?
