The SSR was based on the long-wheelbase Chevrolet TrailBlazer EXT's platform, and featured "retro" styling and a steel retractable hardtop designed by ASC. The production model was based on the SuperSport Roadster concept car shown at the 2000 Detroit Auto Show. An early-production SSR was the pace car for the 2003 Indianapolis 500auto race.  Starting in 2005 the SSR was upgraded and used the 390 HP LS2V8 also found in the C6 Corvette & Pontiac GTO, and also offered a manual transmission (the six-speed Tremec) for the first time as an option. Its retro styling and convertible hard top make it truly unique.

This SSR was treated to a full custom show quality build by famed Woody HotRodz (woodyhotrodz.com).  This vehicle has excellent custom paint and presents like new in every regard.  With just 5600 miles it is new.  The custom interior is beautiful and coordinates with the theme of the exterior.  The underside of the truck is very clean.  It was just fully serviced, ready to show and enjoy.

Financing

Deposit and Payment
Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact Hoosier Classic Motorcars within 24 hours of the end of the auction.  Payment will arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due within 24 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days.  Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.
If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re list, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally. Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Having some experience with shipping cars, I can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like.  Feel free to call Dick at 765-994-9972 for more information.  Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. Full payment must be received and cleared before the vehicle is delivered over to the shipping company.

Pick-up
I will be more than happy to personally pick you up at any of the three area airports (Dayton, Cincinnati or Indianapolis). Just let me know your plans prior to making travel arrangements.
