When you place a bid
on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal
and binding contract to purchase the
vehicle. You have already decided on the
price you would like to pay for this vehicle
based on the description, autocheck link and
pictures listed above. This arrangement is
outlined in the eBay User Agreement.
- We reserves
the right to obtain and verify the
registered information of all bidders
participating in this auction. We also
reserves the right to cancel any and all
bids at our discretion, or end the
auction early if necessary. Furthermore,
We shall not be liable for any such
cancellation for any reason.
- Bidder with
only negative feedback or bid
retractions need not bother to bid on
our vehicles. These bids will be
automatically rejected.
- Bidder must
be 18 years or older.
- At end of
auction high bidder should contact
seller within
3 days TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT
AND PICK UP OR SHIPPING
and complete the
transaction within
7
days
of auctions end.

These are the only
terms for this auction as far as
completing this item. In other words at
the end of seven days the item must be
paid for.
We will add a
$169.00
dealer prep charge to the final bid
price. This is to cover the cost of
vehicle cleaning, phone calls,
Fed-Exing,USPS of packages airport pick
ups, up to 30 day storage and other
document handling costs.
- You are
welcome to come and pick the vehicle up
as along as it is within the seven days
not eight. The vehicle can be stored for
up to 30 days for personal pick up or
transporter.
- If
transaction is not completed within this
time, the SELL CAN APPLY FOR NON PAYING
BIDDER and item can be relisted or
sold to next highest bidder.
- We have tried
to disclose all information known about
this vehicle for auction. Please be
advised that used vehicles will have
typical scratches and dings inherent.

WOULD LIKE TO MENTION WHEN BUYING A USED
CAR YOU CAN EXPECT SOME WEAR AND TEAR. A
USED CAR THAT IS ONLY THREE YEARS OLD
WOULD SHOW MUCH LESS WEAR AND TEAR THAN
ONE THAT WOULD BE 10 YEARS OLD ECT, ECT.

We welcome a buyers
inspection. If you plan to have a buyers
inspection, please make sure you inspect
the vehicle prior to the auction ending.
Buyer is responsible for any inspection
charges and fees.
- Manufacturers
warranties may still apply. Extended
warranty may be available.
- Out of state
buyers are responsible for all state,
county, city taxes and fees, as well as
title service fees in the state that the
vehicle will be registered. All taxes
and fees must be paid in full in order
for vehicle to be titled and registered.
Florida residents are subject to
applicable tax for their area.
- Acceptable
methods of payment are
CASH IN PERSON,
CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS OR MONEY
ORDERS.
PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTABLE BUT MAY
TAKE
up to 12
DAYS TO CLEAR
before car can be picked up and title
can be sent out. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT
CARDS, PAY PAL OR BANK DRAFTS AT THIS
TIME.

vehicles unless other wise specified
- WE ASK THAT BUYER OR BUYERS AGENT
ONCE VEHICLE IS PROPERLY DELIVERED THAT
FEEDBACK IS ENTERED BY BOTH BUYER AND
