Hello and thank you for stopping by our auction for this, clean Carfax history, nice looking, 1999 Jaguar XK8 convertible with winter pkg! She has been inspected, serviced and is ready to go. According to the Carfax report below, she is $1200 above retail book value! I have personally driven this Jag and I have to tell you I was pretty happy with the way she drove and by the power of the 4.0L V8 engine. The 5-speed automatic, transmission shifts smooth, no hard shifts. As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the, "Phoenix Red" exterior shines like the Florida sun. The "Ivory" leather interior looks good, shows normal leather wear for her year. Jaguar quality and ownership cannot be beat! The, ultra high-tech aluminum, DOHC, 4.0L, 8-cylinder, engine makes an impressive 290hp. The air conditioning is cold and the tires are in pretty good shape as you can see in our pictures. Features, 20" alloy wheels, winter package(heated front seats), clean Carfax report, power driver and passenger seats, driver seat memory, fog lights, exterior temperature display, power locks, windows, mirrors, power tilt and telescopic, leather and wood steering wheel with controls, leather upholstery, CD changer, cassette player, driver, front air bags, power, convertible, top in good working order, cruise control, keyless entry, interior trunk and fuel releases, traction control, 4-wheel disc brakes, rear derfogger, tachometer, wood interior accents, 5-speed, automatic, transmission, 4.0L V8 engine, power antenna, homelink, RWD, dimming rear view mirror and much more! All power items appear to be in good working order at this time. She is still, without a doubt, one of the most attractive cars on the road today! All vehicles sold are free and clear of any and all liens. At the time of delivery, we will include any extra keys/remotes that we received for the automobile when we purchased it. A maximum deposit of $500 must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction by wire transfer or paypal. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com) etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. Please be advised that buyers MUST be pre-approved before bidding on ALL finance deals. Sales are final and complete. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.
We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.
*All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations.
