When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. We do not use PayPal Remaining Balance Payment: Remaining Balance must be paid to within 7 days of auction ending. All paperwork must be signed and Checks Cleared( certified checks or others ) before the vehicle leaves the dealership. Paperwork may be required to be Notarized. For All GMS and GSU sales are to be titled in persons name only. No title or co-title to a Business Name.  Vehicles listed are for sale to individuals only and will be titled that way. GM Export Policy: Article 5.2.1 of the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement authorizes dealers to sell General Motors vehicles only to customers located in the United States. Dealers are expressly prohibited from selling new motor vehicles for resale or principle use outside the United States. Sales to Canada and Mexico are considered export sales.

Doc Fee is $250 & Temp Tag  & OHIO TITLE Fee on all transactions will be $33.50 For a Total of $283.50.  Out-of-State buyers will register in their home state. Out-of-State buyers will pay applicable taxes in their home state, except for residents of the states of : MICHIGAN, INDIANA, SOUTH CAROLINA, CALIFORNIA, FLORDIA, WASHINGTON, ARIZONA & MASSACHUSETTS. Residents from the eight states subject to tax will be required to pay tax due in OHIO at a rate of 6% or the tax due to their home state,whichever is less. Residents of the states listed above will receive credit for sales tax paid in OHIO when that person(s) have the vehicle registered. Any differences in the taxed amount is the buyers responsibility.
