We describe our vehicles to the best of our knowledge at the time of inspection.  Our advertisements are maintained and updated as reasonably possible, however, our vehicles are for sale to the first person that signs a purchase order and puts a deposit down. All prices are f.o.b. Hillsdale, Michigan. Used cars are offered with and without warranties, be sure to consult the salesperson regarding the terms of your purchase. 

Vehicles sold and delivered in Michigan require Michigan 6% sales tax.  All other vehicles are subject to taxes and fees from the state being titled in. We have a $99.00 documentation fee on all vehicles as permitted by Michigan state law.  The customer is responsible for making sure proper registation is completed unless titled in Michigan.
