This was Audi's largest sedan in 2004, and it's a big car. Its wheelbase has been stretched even longer than the previous year's A8 L, providing even more room and greater comfort for rear passengers. As the company's flagship, the A8 L was designed to be the ultimate sedan.  The newness of the Audi at the time gave it an advantage, particularly over the Mercedes.  Bran new this vehicle had a tag of $68,500.00 which was great for what you got especially compared to it's more expensive competition at the time.
The A8 L came fully loaded with all the luxury features you'd expect at that price point ($68,500).The air-conditioning system, for example,
uses temperature, moisture, and infrared sensors to detect and demist the
windows before they can even think about fogging. Similar to that of the BMW 7 Series and Jaguar XJ, the A8's parking brake is electromechanical, a switch in other words. Also with massage, heating and ventilation features for the front seats and four-zone automatic climate control with individual rear-seat settings. A solar-cell sunroof produces enough electrical energy to supply the passenger compartment continuously with fresh air via the blower even with the ignition off.
This is a beautiful car that has been very well kept.
Always owned here in Naples Fl. It has had two previous owners. The man that traded it in was very reluctant to do so he cared about this car he even said it was the best car he has ever owned. I can tell you from my own experience that this is one nice riding sedan with a extremely comfortable interior cabin that screams luxury in every way. Any taxes over that amount you will pay when you register the vehicle in your state. If your rate is less than 6% then the lower rate will be collected. You will not be double-taxed. We will provide you a notarized document as to the amounts collected which you may present to your motor vehicle department as evidence of sales tax already paid. Any balance of tax due and related title and registration fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

There are a few of the states which currently do not allow credit Arkanas, Mississippi, and West Virginia. To avoid paying tax to FL, and AR, WV, or MS we should make the delivery to you out-of-state by a transporter. We must retain the shipping Bill of Lading as evidence of the out-of-state delivery.

Exporting: If you are purchasing a vehicle which will be exported overseas we can only release the vehicle to you via a transporter / shipper as the vehicle may not be operated on Florida roads with a temporary tag unless sales tax has been collected. We request a copy of the export bill of lading or dock receipt for our records and state audit purposes so that we are not held responsible for taxes.

Shipping:

-Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We will assist in the arrangement of shipping, if requested.

Legal:

-All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Naples, Florida. The vehicle shall be delivered in Naples, Florida. All obligations of purchaser to pay shall be payable in Naples, Florida in Collier County as well.

-It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Lee County, Florida.

Any vehicle sold 10 years or older may have exempt mileage listed on the title because of it's age.  We run a AutoCheck Vehicle History Report to verify mileage is accurate on the odometer and eBay offers Auto Check in all listings. If this of concern to you please call us for specific information on this vehicle.

Vehicle Condition:

Consequently, the car may have a few more miles on it than the auction mileage.  Any mileage differences will be of an immaterial nature (under 500 miles).  Please call or email if you are concerned about specific mileage.

-Please understand that the vehicles are Pre-Owned vehicles and at times, the vehicles may come without accessories such as extra keys, cod magazines, navigation discs, floor mats and owner's manuals. Please call for the exact accessories included for the vehicle.
