  • A winning bidder must make an immediate $500 deposit to secure the vehicle or risk a no sale default. If you are calling in directly to place a deposit for the purpose of ending the auction early, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. Deposits placed will go towards the balance of the vehicle purchase, and are used to secure the vehicle for sale to no one else but you for a full 7 days. Full payment for remaining balance required 7 days from auction close. 

  • Discount Auto Online reserves the right to end these auctions early for any reason. Many of our vehicles are purchased before the end of its eBay auction cycle. If you would like to inquire about ending an auction early and securing the vehicle, contact us directly. 

  • All sales subject to a flat $125.00 Documentary Fee, a $39.75 State inspection fee, and a Texas State Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .001689 of the purchase price-Example a $10,000 vehicle purchase=$16.25 VIT Taxes, as well as a $293.00 dealer service fee.

  • Our document and dealer service fees are collected by Discount Auto Online and are not required by law.

  • Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration/inspection fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

  • The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS, but we can assist in arranging shipping at a reasonable rate. Call for details.

  • All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Fort Bend County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Fort Bend County, Texas and all obligations of purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Fort Bend County, Texas.

  • It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Fort Bend County, Texas. 

  • Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly due to local test driving, in-transit repair, and road testing.

  • We accept PayPal for deposit only. Remaining balance to be paid only in the form of cash, cashiers check, money order, or approved bank financing. 

  • As a wholesale warehouse to the public, many times we offer vehicles at a significant savings below retail value. In order to continue passing these savings along, we will generally only prep a vehicle sufficiently enough to meet the minimum Texas State Safety Standards, and document this with a fresh state inspection sticker on all vehicles. Any number of minor dings, dents, scratches or other imperfections that are common to normal wear and tear of a pre owned vehicle are to be expected.
