Payment

The Buyer shall be responsible for a 500 dollar non refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Full payment is due in 5 days of the ebay sale date. In addition to the closing price of the auction all buyers pay a $185 dealer administrative and documentation fee.

New York residents are required to pay sales tax applicable for their county. In addition all buyers are responsible for title and registration fees in state or out of state.

We encourage you to contact us by phone prior to placing a bid or an offer on a vehicle. This way all your questions can be answered. We try to disclose everything about our vehicles, that being said mistakes can and do happen. This is why we encourage every buyer to personally inspect and test drive the vehicle before it leaves our facility. If this is not possible we recommend the buyer have a pre-purchase inspection, which normally costs around 100 dollars performed by a Franchise Dealership. We will make every effort to accommodate any discrepancy between our stated condition and the actual vehicle, if an issue arises and we can't work out a compromise we will refund all payments made and dismiss the buyer from any contractual agreements made thru ebay.

Shipping

Khafaga Motors values your business! We want you to be completely satisfied with our service from purchase to delivery. We would be happy to arrange shipping for you as a value added service only. We are not a shipping company. All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company you select to transport the vehicle. We recommend only the highest quality shippers, however once the vehicle leaves our garage it is the carriers responsibility to deliver the vehicle in the same condition it was picked up.

The cheapest shipping method is a using a 10 car exposed car carrier. You can expect to spend anywhere from 250 dollars to get the vehicle anywhere in the northeast, to around 900 dollars to Florida, 800 to the Midwest and just over 1000 to California. Enclosed shipping will increase your price by 50 to 75 percent

Khafaga Motors is located 15 minutes from the Albany International Airport. We would be happy to pick you up at the airport.
