As you can see from the 40+ photos that we have listed this is a great looking and loaded 2011 Cadillac DTS Platinum Performance sedan.

Just to highlight, it features a 4.6L Northstar V8 motor, DVD Navigation with dts and touchscreen, StabiliTrak, lane departure warning, full power options including massaging dual power front seats with driver memory and lumbar support, leather interior, heated front and rear seats, cooled front seats, heated steering wheel, front and rear parking sensors, tri zone climate control, wood interior trim, On Star, Bose sound system, cd/satellite radio ready/aux. input jack audio system, power sunroof, 18" chrome clad wheels and the list goes on.

The body is in all around great condition.

The interior is in equally all around great condition and it is clean.

Mechanically this Cadillac is in great condition with nothing negative to report. Just turn the key, drive and enjoy.

What you can not see in the photos is that this DTS was previously involved in a flood. All we did was a basic clean up, changed all the fluids and the carpet was removed, cleaned and dried. There are no stains or residual odors inside the vehicle. It has been inspected and titled in PA and comes with a PA Reconstructed Flood branded Title. The drive of this sedan is great and it could not be told apart from a similar vehicle with no history.

In a nutshell what you have here is a loaded DTS that needs nothing more than a new home. It is being discounted strictly for its prior history.

Payment Methods

Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

A document & processing fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We can assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 215-975-0134 x107 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Notice to Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end.  Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating must email us or call us prior to bidding. If we do not have contact with you within 24 hours of your bid it will be cancelled.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
