Best Offers
Image Auto Sales will accept BEST OFFERS in writing by email only. For all offers accepted, the BUY IT NOW price of this auction will be changed on Ebay and the BUYER will have 2 hours to accept the offer by using the BUY IT OPTION only, at which time all Auction Terms will still apply. If more time is needed, just ask.

Payment Methods
Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer or PayPal. All funds must be in US dollars only.  Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit
The successful high bidder must submit a $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 48 business hours to secure the vehicle or NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be given.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees) within 7-10 days of the close of the auction or NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be given. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
ALL SALES are subject to a $299.00 doc fee and a $349.00 transport fee added to all winning bids. This charge covers the preparation of all documents, the expense of maintaining inventory as well as cost of advertising and for the profit of Image Auto Sales.  Local Buyers are subject to Utah Sales Tax which is 6.85%.  Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping 
Shipping is the buyer's responsibility.  We assume no responsibility for damages or problems incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection 
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Image Auto Sales has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Image Auto Sales welcomes and highly recommends a buyer's inspection, as we are not always able to do an inspection on all vehicles sold. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you schedule it prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty 
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS-IS".  Manufacturer's warranties may still apply depending on the vehicle being sold. Please contact your local dealer to verify any current manufacture warranty.  Extended warranties are available for purchase.  Please contact us for details.

Notice to Bidders 
We reserve the right through eBay Motors auction policies to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Pick Up Arrangements
Please contact our office to confirm and set up all pick up arrangements.

Bid Retractions 
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders 
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating or negative feedback must email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder 
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes and must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder 
If the total deposit is not received within 48 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer and NEGATIVE FEEDBACK will be given.

Legal Action 
Any legal action such as claims, motions, litigation, settlements, or any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Utah.
