By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle should you win the auction. We reserve the right to cancel at any time all existing bids & end the auction should the vehicle no longer be available for sale on ebay. The successful winning bidder will submit a $1,500 deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made by credit card, cashiers check, wire transfer or cash in person at our store. The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction.
