Payment Terms: The successful high bidder must submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours after the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed at or before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods: Cash (In Person), bank wire, money order, cashiers check, credit or debit card (visa, mastercard, amex are accepted.Due to the high price credit cards are charging  we must ad a 3% creditcard fee for any transaction over $500 and 4% if you are using amex)

Fees and Taxes:  Out of state buyers are responsible for there own state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Processing fee of $175 and a temptag fee $20 must be added to the final price (we can save you the $20 if you are shipping the vehicle and are not in need of a temptag but you must let us know that u do not want a tag) dealers also must pay for this fee. NJ buyers must pay 7% sales tax at the time of the sale and pay for title and reg fees. For all deliverys that require a temptag we must have proff by fax or in person that this car that you have won on ebay has insurance on it before leaving our lot. if you do not prove that this vehcile has insurance on it you will not get a temp tag.
