Yes this S60R does have miles on it and yes it has been maintained like clockwork. It runs and drives excellent and was just fully serviced by Volvo. At 173k the front and rear brakes were done including new front rotors, new CV boots, spark plugs, cabin filter and all other fluids. I also just had my local Volvo dealer do an oil change, transmission service brand, new tires and alignment at 197500 miles. The front bumper has been caught on parking blocks over the years and has damage, the right front headlight wiperblade is broken. The car drives wonderful, the only reason for selling is I have bought a R wagaon.

Periodically I get a hard shift from the transmission. It is a clean 2 owner California S60R since new. The cars runs great and there are no warning lights on the dash, the car is a NON smoker. The leather center console above the instrument cluster has started to split other than that the interior is in good condition, the clips for the center cup holder need to be replaced as well.
