Out of state buyers may register and title vehicle in their home state (same as driver license), however all fees are collected by AutoAmerica and forwarded to buyers home state tax and registration agencies.               • All sales are subject to a flat $150.00 Documentation Fee and a $40.75 Texas State Inspection Fee. 
              • Out-of-state sales are subject to a $5 e-tag fee and local and state taxes, title and registration fees.

              • Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000 miles will be sold as miles exempt.

              • All parties agree in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Tarrant County, Texas.
