 Description

Some people believe the 968 is just a 944 with different headlights. Not even close. The 968 is powered by a large 3.0L I4 engine producing 236 hp with help from Porsche's VarioCam variable valve timing system, newly-optimized induction and exhaust systems, a dual-mass flywheel, and updated engine management electronics. The 968's engine was the second-largest 4-cylinder ever offered in a production car up to that time. This 968 is a 2-owner California to North Carolina car. We know this car very well and it has good service history. An aftermarket radio has been installed and it has an aux jack for the ipod/iphone connectivity. 

Something you need to know - the airbag light is on. Our service department checked it out. The reason for this is the airbag control mudule has gone bad. The only fix for this is to replace the module. You can get a used one for around $1000, or a new one from Porsche for over $3000. Unfortunately, there is not enough profit in this vehicle to replace this. It does not hinder performance or anything else. Just the airbag.

Other than that, everything else is up to par on this vehicle.
