At the moment is also runs on CNG gas but we will remove this installation prior to shipping. This includes the large tank on the cargo floor.

We search the entire continental Europe for low mileage, LHD 1983 / 1989 Defenders and pay top money for solid trucks especially low mileage ones like this one.  This original unrestored truck has only done 109000 km / 69000 miles.

Due to new law enforcement at the border by US border protection and US customs, most of the Landrover rebuilds that are imported from the UK are held up and seized , some have non original chassis, some have modern axles or others have a later Tdi engine fitted.

The search has now begun for all original vehicles in very good condition and obviously LHD is a big advantage over the RHD versions coming from the United Kingdom.

This truck is a 1984, but EBAY will not recognize the euro vin nr therefor it is listed as a 1980 model.

This particular Red and Ivory 3 door Stationwagon is a totally stock model, unmolested. The original paint is still bright and shiny, carrying a nice patina. There is some stone chipping on the front wings and hood as can be expected from a 30 year old truck. See detailed photographs of the wingtop and hood below

Chassis in outstanding condition, no repairs needed. New spring fitted last year, brakes in good condition.

The original 3.5 litre V8 gas engine runs strong and is the same that was used in the classic Range Rover for many years. It has just been serviced with new oil, new filters, new spark plugs. She starts right up and runs smooth.

The strong LT95 4 speed gearbox which works at permanent 4 wheel drive shifts perfect and smoothly.

It does 129 KM/ H or 80 MPH on the highway with MPG of 15 / 18 MPG.

New ivory powdercoated rims fitted last month, also new powdercoated winch bumper, new headlight grills, new grill panel, new side protectors and new wingtops. New winch with remote control installed.

Interior in very good condition, original black vinyl front seats, new front rubber mats. Currently fitted with just 2 benchseats in the cargo area, but we can fit 2 extra 2-man bench seats
