Prior to going to wholesale auction, Bob Ruth Ford will offer vehicles for sale to the public at Bargain Prices! These vehicles are on our Good Luck Lot with a bottom line price on the windshield.

We do not negotiate these prices!

Here is information to help you decide if a "Good Luck" vehicle is right for you:

All vehicles will be sold completely "AS - IS" with "No Warranty Expressed or Implied."

We will initially clean the vehicle prior to being placed on the Good Luck lot, but no cleaning for delivery will be made after that point.

There will not be any additional repairs performed on these vehicles nor will the vehicles be refueled prior to the sale.

A general safety inspection will be completed by our Service Department. These results are available for you to review prior to purchase.

As a Good Luck customer, you have the opportunity to have these vehicles checked over by your mechanic or service facility prior to purchasing.

With the bottom line pricing, we are unable to repair anything additionally as a condition of sale.

These vehicles will be available for sale for a minimum of 21 days however, we will not hold vehicles.

Payment is due in full up front for "Good Luck" vehicles!

Terms for ALL Vehicle Purchases:

Buyer must provide a $500.00 deposit with 24 hours. Call for further details.

We reserve the right to end the auction if the vehicle is sold, as this vehicle is for sale to the public at our dealership.

Selling price does not include sales tax, title, and registration fees.

Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.

Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared. Buyer has 3 days to pay.

Financing: When you win an auction on eBay, we will expect you to have financing in order (or to have made arrangements with us for financing) and be ready to finalize your purchase.  You can easily contact David Staats at (717)-574-4180.

Deposit and Payment

Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact David Staats (717)-574-4180 within 24 hours of the end of the auction. 

Payment will be arranged at that time. A deposit of $500 will be due within 24 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 5 days.  Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.

If no contact is made within 24 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally.  Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  We can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like.  Feel free to call us.  Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Pick-up

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.

Please ask any questions you might have about the vehicle prior to auction end. 

We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales.

Taxes and Fees:

Buyer will be responsible for all applicable State and Local taxes.

Buyer will be responsible for all title, registration and plate fees.

A dealer documentation fee of 131.00 will apply to all purchases.
