Vehicle Inventory tax is calculated at 0.238767% and Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable TX fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. in their own states.
Fees:	Out of State Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. All buyers pay a Documentary fee. Taxes and Fees In state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. All sales transactions must be completed within 5 days of auction close. Deposit All buyers will pay a Documentary Fee and Vehicle Inventory Fee. We require a deposit payment of a minimum of $500 as well as a signed buyers order to take this vehicle off the market. Deposit must be within 2 days of winning auction.
