The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales. We welcome pre-buy inspections and guarantee clean titles on all vehicles sold. View a Carfax report free of charge as provided on all listings. Winning bidders must contact us by telephone within 24 hours of auction closing or vehicle may be sold to another purchaser or re-listed at seller's discretion. We require an immediate $200.00 deposit and payment in full within 7 days of auction closing. Bid or purchase ONLY with pre-approved financing or cash in hand. When you take delivery of the vehicle and are satisfied, we request that you leave positive feedback, and we will respond in a similar manner. Please call us with any questions or concerns.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 817-929-1288 for more information. We assume no responsibility for any damages that may be incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received and cleared before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. We have and will sell to buyers out of the United States of America. Out of country bidders must pay in USD. Vehicle must be fully funded before it leaves our property. 

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. The Freeman Auto Group has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. The Freeman Auto Group welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "AS IS". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.

Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle sell locally and no longer be available for sale.

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email or phone number if it is provided after the auction closes or the winning bidder must contact the Freeman Auto Group within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

All checks will be held for 10 business days. Titles will be sent out after funds have cleared and we are fully funded.

Make sure that if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. We do have financing available for qualified buyers.

While we try to accurately describe our vehicles as best as we can, these are used cars that we are dealing with. There is a chance that that your car may have minor rock chips, parking lot dings, surface scratches in the paint or things of the like. Anything over and above this damage we make an effort to either take a picture of the damage or note in the vehicle description. Because the car you are looking at is used, we cannot always guarantee that all keys, books, navigation disks and accessories are still with the car.
