1995 1/2 Lotus Esprit S4s

42.000 original miles

 

 

After a long search I purchased this S4s about three years ago. Since then I invested over US$ 15,000.- in repairs, maintenance and upgrades:

10 year timing belt and all the other belts

complete transmission overhaul

rear main seal

Clutch slave cylinder

alternator

all bushings, lower ball joints and trailing arm mounts replaced

mechanical charge cooler pump replaced with a Dayton electrical pump

MSD coils

Momo steering wheel conversion with airbag eliminate (original steering wheel on hand)

Quicksilver stainless exhaust system with muffler eliminate and cat. in place. Sounds great and passes the Californian Smog Check without any problems. Imported from England

BOZE wheels special made to Lotus specs. They are made in the US and can be re-ordered if one gets damaged. The original rims are also included

Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires

new leather interior - had to be done after an Opossum got into my garage and left scratch marks on the seats

 

 

Beside the front bumper the paint is still original. There are a few minor scratches and paint chips if you look closely. No hidden surprises so.

 

I also have receipts from previous owners showing that the turbo charger, shocks and all kind of other stuff was replaced over the years. Most of the work done during my ownership was handled by "Lotus by Claudius". Just send me an email if you have any questions.
