By placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above-described vehicle should you win the auction. We reserve the right to cancel at any time all existing bids & end the auction should the vehicle no longer be available for sale on ebay. The successful winning bidder will submit a $1,500 deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made by credit card, cashiers check, wire transfer or cash in person at our store. The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. Final payment method preferred is wire transfer, cash, cashiers check, 3rd party financing drafts or dealer arranged pre approved financing also acceptable, please arrange any financing prior to bidding, all sales subject to additional $349 dealer fee. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist you with finding a low cost shipping company, we doing it everyday. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
