Hello and thanks for stopping by our "No Reserve" auction for this incredible, 1-owner, low, low, 14,522 original certified mileage, clean Carfax history, dependable, 2002 Ford E-150 handicap wheelchair mobility conversion by Rollx Vans with power opening side doors, power, Braun Corp., wheelchair lift deployment, with swivel and sliding driver seat!!! Three toggle switches on the dash to open doors, bring the lift out and lower it down, amazingly convenient! The driver seat has switches that will turn the seat almost 180 degrees and slide it back to the middle of the van and raise/lower if needed. Every power item for the process is in excellent working condition at this time. The interior conversion was done by Elk Automotive Industries. She is in super condition for her year, could pass for much much newer! As you can see in the many detailed photos taken, the "White" exterior with graphic stripes, shines like the Florida sun! I'm going to use the word "Great" to describe the exterior, she was always garaged! The Pirelli tires are in great shape, the dashboard has been covered by a dash pad and looks excellent underneath it, the "Beige" upholstery looks super, very clean and nice, air conditioning is ice cold! Overall she is really in very good shape. Features handicap steering and pedal controls, folding rear bench seat transforms into a bed, mood lights, accordian shades, tilt, leather steering wheel with cruise controls, spare tire, jack, front air bags, rear air conditioning, owner's manual, tinted glass, keyless entry, storage drawer under rear seat, wood interior pieces, bug shield, power locks, windows, mirrors, power driver seat, automatic transmission that smooth every time, CD player, cruise control, MB Motoring 16" alloy wheels, 4.6L Triton V8 engine that is as strong as an ox, 1-owner, clean Carfax and more!  I Can't stress enough how nice this one is! We truly hope we can help someone out and give them the freedom they want and deserve. All of our vehicles are sold with clean titles. Our titles are free and clear of any and all liens. At the time of delivery, we will include any extra keys/remotes that we received for the automobile when we purchased it. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. • We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.
  
  
• *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc.  A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*
  
  
• A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. • Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
  
  
• All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
  
  
• We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.
  
  
• Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.
  
  
• A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.
  
  
• All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations. I the buyer hereby agree that this sale of said automobile originates in the jurisdiction of Broward county Florida and will be considered as a final State of Florida transaction and sale, regardless of shipping or the state which titling and registration will be done in.

• Out of state sales are responsible for your state sales tax if you have your vehicle shipped or towed. If the vehicle is shipped or towed this will apply. Florida DMV has gone online and a service charge of $99 will apply to each and every temporary tag issued. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower.
