Purchaser must be the winning bidder.  Purchaser must contact seller within 2 business days from close of auction to arrange an appointment for payment and pickup. Business days are M-F between the hours of 9:00AM and 2:00PM. Pickup availability is generally M-F from 9:00AM to 9:00PM. An appointment is required for pickup. If no contact is made by the purchaser within 5 business days, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or dispose of it at our discretion.

Under Municipal Disposal guidelines we are not able to offer a Get It Now
price. The purchaser is required to be present upon vehicle pick up, unless
prior arrangement is made with the seller. Purchaser is required to obtain proper registration and proof of insurance on the vehicle, prior to vehicle being driven. If vehicle is being towed or removed on a trailer, insurance and
registration requirement does not apply.

Final payment and pickup are due no later than 14 days from close of auction. An appointment is required to pick up the vehicle. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, cashier’s check or money order. No credit cards or personal checks will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all pickup or shipping arrangements for the vehicle. Seller does not provide transportation service for buyers. If the vehicle is not picked-up within 14 days, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or dispose of
it at our discretion.

The vehicle is being sold in as-is condition. We offer no guarantees or
warranty against any current or future mechanical problems or vehicle
condition. The buyer assumes all risks for the vehicle. We will describe the
vehicle as accurately as possible. Do not assume anything not listed is
included. If you have any questions about the vehicle please contact us for
further clarification before bidding. If you wish to inspect the vehicle,
please contact us to arrange an appointment. Vehicles cannot be test driven. We reserve the right to cancel bids for buyers with a history of negative
feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer
available for sale.

Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this
vehicle and you are willing to pay. We are a Law Enforcement agency, winning bidders who fail to complete the transaction will be billed and pursued for the cost of listing fees. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay, and we may post negative feedback. Our vehicles are sold only to buyers in the United States.

If the sale does not conclude with the winning bidder we may contact the next
highest bidder for a Second Chance option.
