Other features of note include leather seats, dual power seats with heat, auto climate control, rear climate control, tilt wheel, cruise control, a JBL AM/FM/CD stereo with steering wheel controls, power windows locks and mirrors, remote entry, auto headlamps and more.
The large screen in the center of the dash shows GPS Navigation maps and info, as well as maintenence status, a calender and more. It will even play videos from the DVD player as long as the vehicle is in park with the parking brake on.
The rear entertainment system includes the DVD player, overhead monitor, a wireless remote and 2 wireless headsets. Rear passengers can also access audio sources and can connect external A/V sources (like games) through the auxiliary inputs. There is a 115v power outlet right next to the AUX inputs.
You can fold down or tumble forward any of the 2nd or 3rd row seats, and the 3rd row seats can also be removed completely. There is a power rear window, so you can access the cargo area without opening the liftgate.
Exterior features include alloy wheels, running boards, a rear spoiler, roof rails, fog lamps, and a tow package.
The condition of the vehicle is excellent. No wear and tear is showing on the seats, and it is CLEAN - no stains, no odors. All of the electronics work. On the outside, the paint shines all around, and there are no dents or dings - just very, very nice. The Carfax report is clean, showing no accident history or any other problems.

it becomes necessary for either party to retain an attorney regarding a
dispute arising from this agreement, the prevailing party of said dispute
shall be entitled to recover it's reasonable attorney's fees and cost incurred
in either prosecuting or defending its rights under this agreement.
Which attorney's fees shall include any and all appellate proceedings that may
arise here under.
