IL residents are responsible for state sales tax, title and license fees. Temporary registration will be provided. Out of state buyers will be provided with a 30 day drive-away tag. All transactions are subject to a $160.00 Document fee.

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due immediately at the end of auction via Paypal. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.  We finance almost anything that we sell. If you want pre-approval please call or email. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

All vehicle listed have clear titles unless otherwise noted. Out of state buyers will be provided with a 30 day drive-away tag included in Doc fee. Titles will be sent via FEDEX as soon as available. Please allow a minimum of seven days to receive title. There are no guarantees for time limit on title availability. Many vehicles have payoff balances and may take up to 30 days to release titles. 

Please keep in mind that in some instances, not every single detail about each and every vehicle is evident to me, the seller or you, the buyer. Some vehicles that come standard with power windows, power locks, climate controls, moonroofs, air conditioning, aftermarket radios and TVs, after time, cease to operate properly. While I try to check everything out beforehand, there are no guarantees that the items will operate perfectly, or at all. Make sure you email or call with any requests to make sure that these items do in fact operate properly before assuming that they do. For instance, a 1983 Mercedes comes standard with power windows, power locks, and air conditioning, but may not operate properly after 30 plus years!
