The Classic Car Gallery is proud to offer this gorgeous 1955 Ford Thunderbird. She has been fully restored, and is one of the finest running T-BIRDS we have ever driven. Built on August 24^th, 1955, in Dearborn, MI, she has led pampered life. The car has clearly been restored, though we do not have the documentation. The COLONIAL WHITE (E code) paint is excellent with deep shine and great luster. The car has a Colonial White HARDTOP that’s finished to the same standard as the rest of the car. In Addition, she has a new BLACK SOFT TOP. The two toned BLACK/WHITE (code XA) interior likewise is in excellent condition, the leather is supple and unblemished. The POWER SEATS work as they should, and the gauges and instruments were restored, they look and perform as new. The car has POWER SEATS. The black carpets were also replaced and are excellent. The original 292CID (P code) motor appears to be well built, runs smoothly and has good power. The engine compartment is WELL DETAILED. The original FORDOMATIC TRANSMISSION shifts smoothly. The chrome and exterior trim is excellent. The underside of the car shows well. She rides on a lovely set of KELSEY HAYSE chrome wire rims, and RADIAL white wall tires. The quality of this car is self-evident, she is mechanically excellent and ready for show or go!!!
