At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. Typically when vin's are ran through Carfax they are bringing up what the chassis is which makes since because the vin is on the chassis. To help with this we so our best to take pictures of inc. chassis stickers, and motorhome weight spec. sheets to help. This is not always the case!! Some coach's chassis are built Jan 2001 and completed Sept. 2001 but this is rare. Auto check and Carfax list RVs sold at auctions as "fleet" vehicle which is their terminology as in large vehicle... if you see listed as fleet it does not mean rental. I am a seller that sells a lot on E-bay. I love motorhomes, rv's, motorcycle, racecars, etc. and I am very knowledgable of all; however, this does not mean I am a certified motorcycle specialist, a chief mechanic of a race team, a certified R.V. Technician, an authority of antiques or any other sort of “expert”. I am an honest person that is able to look at and describe items accurately. I do not have a crystal ball and cannot predict the future or know of things I cannot see. My wish is every unit I sell drives around the world with no problems at all, but in the real world that is not how it is. Mechanical things break eventually and units require maintenance. Please realize you are buying used and expect to spend some money on your unit to bring it or keep it up to your standards. Have the LP company that fills your tank safety check your system on any used rv you buy from any company, most will do this for free. I picture and list the items I sell for my self and others as accurately and honestly as possible. If you would like a “professional” or “expert” to inspect the unit I am listing you are free to do so before bidding, call us for help with making arrangements. These units are listed “as-is” with “no warranties” unless listed differently.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Taxes:
TEXAS WINNING BIDDERS: We will collect all taxes, title and lic. fees which is to include the $50 document fee.
OUT OF STATE WINNING BIDDERS: If you live in a state other than Texas, we will only collect the $50 document fee and the .0025592% inventory tax which is only $2.56 per $1000.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.
Types of auctions:
No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.
Buy it now means you can buy the item for the price listed by clicking the buy it now.
Buy it now or best offer means you can buy it immediately by clicking buy it now or you can make a reasonable offer that I will have up to 48 hours to accept or counter. I usually will contact you before accepting the offer and I can accept the offer immediately if I desire.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
We know of many professional drivers. Most are experienced retired over the road long haul truck drivers. Sometimes if we are paid are asking price we pay these drivers to drive the units to the buyers at our expense (labor and fuel). Otherwise, we will help you find the best possible deal on the best driver available.
