We are offering this nice NO RESERVE! 2000 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA GL SEDAN! This is a great running car and will be a fantastic value for the right person because high mileage equals LOW price and believe me there is a lot of life left in this car. For the first time ever I can even answer the question of when the timing belt was changed. There is a legitimate sticker under the hood indicating that a new Gates timing belt was installed on March 26^th 2009 at 177030 miles. Simply, this means you can drive this car a long way without worrying that you will have a problem with the timing belt! This is a great little car but if you are handy with tools you can make it even better. There is absolutely nothing major wrong with it, just some annoying little issues. Check out the video and see for yourself. I would not be afraid to drive this Jetta anywhere exactly like it is!

• This car goes down the road nice and straight, with no handling issues.
• 5 speed manual gearbox shifts nicely and smoothly, and the clutch feels like it has a lot of life left in it.
• This combination of the 2.0 AND the 5 speed manual transmission should give you great gas mileage.
• I must say for the year and mileage on this car the exterior is amazing! The paint is clean and shiny, and the body only has some minor defects, and there is no visible evidence of any rust!
• The interior is also very nice, with nowhere near the amount of wear and tear you would expect. The seats have covers on them, not because they are beat up it’s just that there are some stains that I can’t get out and I think it looks better this way. You can decide for yourself if you want to keep them or not.
• Three of the tires appear to have around 70% of the tread left and one appears to have around 40% tread left.
• Nice clean VW factory aluminum alloy wheels with all of the center caps on it!

I usually work by appointment, I do not keep regular hours at the lot and I would not want you to make the trip to pick your vehicle up, and me not be there to help you. I try to meet every one of my customers, and try to make it as convenient as possible, but if I cannot be there I will have someone there that can help you, but you MUST call first for an appointment.

A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required via PayPal as soon as you win the auction and absolutely within 24 Hours of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made. We only accept PayPal for the initial deposit, the balance due must be paid in CASH or by ELECTRONIC WIRE TRANSFER. Despite what anything else may say we do NOT accept cashiers' checks, money orders, or any other type of so called "Certified" funds. If you absolutely must pay by credit card there is a 5% inconvenience fee, and you need to talk to us prior to doing this. Contact us for information on this. If you do not contact us to make arrangements within 24 hours, we will sell it to the next bidder and issue an unpaid strike and negative feedback. The balance and pick up of the vehicle is due within 7 days of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been made. Failure to pick the vehicle up within the allotted time will incur a storage fee of $25.00 per day or if you don't pick up the vehicle within the allotted time you will lose your deposit and we may or may not relist the vehicle. We do not get involved in shipping that is your responsibility. There is a $125.00 NON NEGOTIABLE documentation fee, and if you live in NJ we are required to collect the appropriate sales tax. If you have a driver's license and proof of insurance ON THE VEHICLE YOU ARE PURCHASING! We can even give you a temporary tag for $25.00 so you can drive it home. That's it, nothing hidden! A Non refundable deposit of $500.00 is required IMMEDIATELY after winning the auction via Paypal, and not to exceed 24 hours, the balance is payable in CASH only, if you are picking up the car in person. If you are shipping the car the only form of payment I accept is a bank wire transfer. If this is not possible and you must pay via Paypal you will have to pay a 5% inconvenience fee.

I do not accept bank/certified checks as final payment. I only accept cash in person when you pick the vehicle up. If you can not pick the vehicle up in person I will accept a bank wire transfer, payable before transport. If you must use PayPal for anything more than the $500 deposit there will be a 5% inconvenience fee.

If you live inside New Jersey you will have to pay the 7% sales tax, we don't like it, but it is the law and we have to collect it. If you live outside of New Jersey you must pay the sales tax in your home state. There is a NON negotiable $125.00 doc fee on every transaction.
