The following terms of sale apply to all of our online auctions:

Payment Methods
certified check, money order, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Failure to deliver deposit in the prescribed time, will deem this auction non binding, and we will no longer be contractually obligated to sell the vehicle to the winning bidder.

Payment of Balance Due
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) and take delivery of the vehicle within 3 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
Buyers from PA pay a $100 documentary fee, 6% Sales Tax & normal title/registration fees, etc. Out of state buyers pay a $100 documentary fee, plus are responsible for all state, county, city taxes & fees as well as title/registration fees in home state.

Financing
If bidder is financing, please ensure that financing is arranged BEFORE bidding. We are always willing to help our customers obtain Financing & Warranty information. Please do not hesitate to contact us PRIOR TO BIDDING, if you would like to be pre-approved for a loan on this or any other vehicle we have listed on eBay.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to or picked up by the shipping company.

Pick it up yourself
If you choose to pick the vehicle up yourself, we will make every reasonable attempt to insure that the delivery of this vehicle is smooth. This applies to normal business hours with prior notification and arrangements.  Since we have a large selection of vehicles, our lot space is very limited.  Therefore, we have a 14 day (from end of auction) minimum for pick up.  Please make every effort to pick up your vehicle within the 14 day period.  After 14 days there will be a $10 per day storage fee.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. We try to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details. Any problems, issues or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle.

Mileage
Mileage on this vehicle has been recorded at the time of listing and is subject to change.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

We are a retail sales lot and this vehicle is available for sale at our lot; we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We reserve the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early, if necessary. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.

Please insure that you are financially able and or willing to follow through with your bid. We consider vehicles to be sold upon reserve met status and will sell the vehicle to the highest bidder at the end of the auction. By placing bids in this auction, you will be considered a potential buyer for this vehicle, please insure that you have read, understand, agree, and adhere to all the terms of this sale listed on eBay. Your bid or purchase is a contract - Buy or place a bid only if you are serious about the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller. You should contact the seller to resolve any questions before bidding.

Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed, nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.

Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 business days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

Please do not bid on this auction unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to Ebay, and negative feedback posted. PLEASE ONLY BID WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY. IF RESERVE IS NOT MET, WE MAY CONTACT THE HIGH BIDDER AND MAKE A PERSONAL OFFER.
