Hi and welcome to our, “No Reserve", auction for this original, 1988 Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL sedan! "Strong, stoic, a true warrior". "Luxury that lasts and holds value"! Well maintained and cared for, this Benz offers safety and a great ride. This is a nice car that was a local trade. The last owner purchased her from an extra wealthy Palm Beach family. Serviced up to date, inspected and ready to go. Absolutely one very nice piece of machinery. This car is very reliable and reasonably fast. No issues at this time. I planted myself behind the big steering wheel and enjoyed the surprisingly comfortable seats. Being one of the best Mercedes-Benz cars ever built, at 6'3" I had no problems finding a position that was comfortable for me. The 3.0L, 6-cylinder engine feels strong and the automatic transmission shifts smooth through the gears, no hard shifting as evidenced when I drove her. She features, power front seats with dual memory, wood grain accents, floor mats, power sunroof in good working order, driver air bag, external temperature display, cold air conditioning, 15" alloy wheels, tires in good shape, CD player stereo, cruise control, spare tire, jack, rear ventilation ducts, wired for satellite radio, rear defogger, power windows, fog lights, power telescopic steering wheel and more! As you can see in the many detailed pictures taken, the, "Black", exterior is in real good condition for her year. Whatever damage was minor, no signs or any damage at this time. The clean, "Gray"interior looks great for an 88'. Frankly, you couldn’t pay me to drive a newer Mercedes and lots of people with new Mercedes cars button hole me outside the bagel shop to tell me how they had a car just like mine and would still be driving it if they hadn’t been rear ended by a loaded dump truck on the freeway and totaled the car, but walked away. “Car saved my life. Don’t ever sell it – these new ones aren’t half as good”! All of our vehicles are sold with free and clear title of any and all liens. At the time of delivery, we will include any extra keys/remotes that we received for the automobile when we purchased it. We also use our detailed pictures as a physical description as well so look at them closely. Please be realistic in your expectations. Pre-sale inspections are welcomed and encouraged.   • A maximum deposit of $500 must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction by wire transfer or paypal. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com) etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. Please be advised that buyers MUST be pre-approved before bidding on ALL finance deals. Sales are final and complete. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.

  • We accept All Major credit cards. Deposits can be made up to $500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis. We will NOT hold any vehicle, without your deposit, after the first 24 hours. Deposits are final and non-refundable, they are not subject to your financial loan approval or to your approval terms.

  • *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc.  A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returns of purchase. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. Please, feel free to contact the dealer with ANY questions regarding this tax issue.

    IMPORTANT!
  • We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Our vehicles may be used for demonstration purposes after they have been listed on Ebay. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and you may need to spend a little.

  • Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.

  • All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.

  • We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or negative feedback.

  • Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a maximum deposit of $500.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer, credit card, Pay Pal or overnight express. Original bill of sale and documents must be signed and completed then returned to seller by mail upon receipt of them. The car must be paid in full Prior To delivery. Payments made by cashier's check, must be presented before delivery and will need to be verified, by us, with the issuing financial institution. Some restrictions may apply. Sold vehicles will be stored for no longer than 7 days at no charge. A storage charge will incur after 7 days. Please make prior arrangements with selling dealer to avoid storage charges at time of sale.

  • A 10 year old vehicle will show more normal wear than a 2 year old vehicle and this fact should always be considered. We will do our best to openly disclose these defects in our auctions. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify any and all of their concerns BEFORE BIDDING on this vehicle. This vehicle is available for inspection at any given time prior to the end of the auction.

  • All purchases are Governed by/and in accordance with the State of Florida and Federal Law's and regulations. I the buyer hereby agree that this sale of said automobile originates in the jurisdiction of Broward county Florida and will be considered as a final State of Florida transaction and sale, regardless of shipping or the state which titling and registration will be done in.

  •  All shipping costs and charges are buyer's responsibility. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for up to $3,000,000.00. Registration will be sent U.S Mail unless other means were arranged. Title will be mailed to you from The state of Florida (DMV).
  • Out of state sales are responsible for your state sales tax if you have your vehicle shipped or towed. If the vehicle is shipped or towed this will apply. Florida DMV has gone online and a service charge of $99 will apply to each and every temporary tag issued. This can be based on whichever state sales tax is lower. Florida sales tax is 6 %. If your state sales tax is lower we can charge you that tax, this includes all states and Canada.
