At Auction Close

Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 610-494-8800 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.

Within (3) business days of the end of auction, a 10% deposit must be received to hold the vehicle. Full payment must be received, within (7) business days of the end of auction, either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, certified funds, cash, or approved financing. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Shipping - Transport of Vehicle

Buyer must arrange shipping prior to auction end. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Murphy Ford Co does not offer transportation.

Murphy Ford Co accepts cash, cashiers’ checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. Murphy Ford Co also has financing options available on qualifying vehicles, with approved credit. All PA buyers pay a $129.00 documentation fee. PA buyers must also pay 6% sales tax plus applicable PA tag and title fees. Murphy Ford Co will collect tax, tag, and title fees for out-of-state buyers.
