By placing a bid, you understand that you are entering into a contract with Herb Gordon Volvo to purchase this vehicle if you are the highest bidder OVER the reserve price. All non paying bidders will receive NEGATIVE feedback. Bidders with zero "0" or negative feedback must express your interest in this vehicle via email prior to placing a bid, or risk the chance of having your bid cancelled at our discretion.  Please CAREFULLY read our terms prior to placing a bid:

• Unless otherwise noted, all eBay vehicles are sold "as is".  We do not make any repairs (big or small). Buyer holds full responsibility for getting the vehicle inspected in the state in which they reside.
• A deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close. Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 5 days to settle all financial details.
• Additonal Fees: Please add $199 dealer processing fee, $20 for temporary tags, and your state's taxes to the final price of the vehicle (taxes are only paid once).
• Customers should allow up to 14 days to receive their vehicle.  Turnaround time depends on how fast the customer sends back the paperwork/balance of the payment due and should include time to have the vehicle shipped to your residence.
• We prepare and send out paperwork in (1) business day.
• Once recieved, owner should immediately sign and return all documents.  Allow 1-3 days for it to arrive back to our dealership.
• Title will be released when funds have been deposited and cleared.  Allow up to 10 days for the title to arrive.
• Your purchase order will reflect the final price of the vehicle minus your required $500 deposit, dealer processing fee, taxes in your home state, and temp tag ($20) so you can drive the vehicle immediately.
• Winning bidder should contact a shipper immediately to schedule pickup.  Shipper will not pickup vehicle until the have confirmed with us that funds have been received. Shipper will inform you of how long it will take to receive your vehicle and will keep you updated as to the status of the vehicle location.
• We reserve the right to end this listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale, as some vehicles are for sale in our local inventory.
• Shipping: Buyer assumes all responsibility for arranging shipping.
• Making an offer: As an on-line auction, we award our vehicles to the highest bidder; therefore, we recommend that you place your "best offer"
• •    Second chance offers: In some cases where bidders are "close" to the reserve, we will send you a second chance offer to aquire the vehicle.
• •    Reserve price. To preserve the integrity of our auctions and to give each and every bidder to win this auction, we don't give out the reserve price for our vehicles.

Maryland residents: winning bidders are responsible for Maryland State Inspection (MSI) and any incurred or additional expenses/repairs required to pass MSI. We cannot release the vehicle to you until we have the MSI Ticket. All financial details must be complete before we perform the above MSI work OR transport the vehicle to the owners chosen state inspection station.For added convenience, winning bidder can have Maryland State Inspection work performed by our service department.  Detailed list of repairs and cost structure must be agreed upon before they are completed. We can deliver the vehicle to your preferred inspection station FREE of charge within 30 miles.You will be able to take delivery of your new vehicle once we have a Maryland State Inspection ticket.  At this time, we will also process all paperwork and issue your new tags. Maryland Temp Tags + registration are limited to those vehicles with Maryland State Inspections issued by the seller.
 
Please understand that the vehicles we sell are pre-owned and aquired via dealer trade; therefore, it is very common to see everyday wear and tear, especially on cars 5 years or older.  Such wear and tear may inlcude: bumper rash, dings, dents, scratches, indentations, dings, paint chips, rips, tears, or any other related wear and tear.  When possible, we will have these photographed so you can bid with confidence.
