Payments: A deposit of $1,000.00 by Personal check (once cleared) or Cash (in person), of which $500.00 is non-refundable, must be paid within 24 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted, "Buyer" MUST provide a copy of their valid, state-issued driver's license and proof of insurance. The remaining balance (plus applicable fees and taxes) must be paid within 5 days. If payment is made by cashier's check we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.  Buyer must obtain financing within the period allowed and stated in the description noted in “Finalizing Your Purchase”.  Buyer should obtain financing prior to bidding in order to complete the transaction in the allotted time.

Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees and also remitting the proper taxes, fees, and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. A $289.00 documentation fee applies to out of state Ebay sales. Florida buyers pay $489 dealer/documentation fee.

Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days after the auction ends, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer", all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
